Ceramic vs Stainless Steel - Scratch resistant difference?

Hey there guys!

So I will be ordering the Series 3 (cellular) Apple Watch. I'm trying to see the value in the Ceramic edition. For those of you who own the Ceramic, have you noticed any scratches or it being prone to cracking? I know the cracking is a concern for ceramic materials.

What about the Stainless Steel users? How have the scratches fared on your watch??
