Everyone loves to take selfie and when they are taking pictures they want to be more pretty so that they use filters. 80% of iphone users are using the Fade Filter and when they updated thier software to ios 11 they are ****** off because thier favourite filter is disappeared. SO PLEASE GUYS BRING BACK THE FADE FILTER WE LOVE SELFIES AND WE NEED THAT FILTER. Thank you

I downloaded the app called Phonto and it’s got all of the old filters. It’s not hard to use and it’s not annoying. The quality of the photos is the same and I’ve been using it since I updated and I will until they hopefully bring the fade filter back

Speaking up here won't even get Apple to see it. Read the entire thread, you will see Apple does not participate here. If you had also read the Terms of Service you agreed to when you joined the forum, it explained it there as well. Use the feedback link I provided earlier in the thread to get Apple to notice your request.

Guys! I found the app that has the fade filter and in my opinion its the same as the one on ios10!! The app is called phonto

I agree 100%.. I'm all for adding new filters but don't' replace the old ones people love! They should definitely add back the old ones on the next update, I just hope enough people complain that they will. If I would have known I wouldn't have updated!
There are third party apps you can find with old filters but it's a hassle to use them .. it was a lot easier just setting the camera to the Fade filter prior to taking photos.
What a joke that they said the new "Dramatic" ones are the same as the old "Fade"

I wish I hadn’t updated. Every one loved the fade filter after updating I told all my friends and they are holding back on updating just for this reason.
I really hope you bring it back I dont understand why you would take it out in the first place the new filters are all available on apps like vosco the specialty of having and iphone comes with the amazing filters you put in.

Same here. New filters of IOS 11.0.3 are not better than old ones, honestly the new filter effects look cheaper. I like the elegance of old built-in filters especially fade filter. That’s why I never used other filter apps. Seriously could you bring it back to me? lol
I regret the upgrade every time I open my phone when it tells me (once again) that I have every VM I have received since the upgrade as new VM (even the ones I have deleted). But also- the loss of the fade filter *****. I used it as part of a multi layer editing process to make sort of surreal cartoon like streetscapes- and dramatic is not NOT NOT!! The same. Thanks for sharing my frustration .
