iTunes 12.7 removed the App Store. how will it effect the apps downloaded?

I have to delete and reinstall Facebook app, FB Messenger and Instagram because they take up a lot of space over time.

I always do that with iTunes so I don't have to download all the data. Now iTunes 12.7 removed App Store.

Will iOS 11 give us option to clear datas like on android?

You can delete apps (with their data) on the phone, the re-download the apps using the App Store app on the phone.

Everything is still there... you just cannot get to it in iTunes 12.7... if you roll back you will have it all again

That is the problem. I don't have good wifi.

And I can't download big size apps.
