I don't know how reliable her sources are but the article is pretty in-depth about what to expect from Face ID. Reading some other forums and seeing screen shots from Face ID there is a place to select Enroll Face and after that you won't have an option to add another.

You can not. I was playing with that on the phone this morning. You can still unlock the phone with a 6digit code but only one biometric profile can be saved.
Yeah I was just reading a similar article so it appears that at least right now, you can't add more than one face.
We don't know. Apple hasn't published anything on that yet.
