invalid format
I have an Apple TV 32G. Tonight when I turned my tv on it says Invalid Format. I can not get it to go to my apps at all. Any ideas????

Hi. My first guess is that ATV is sending a video format the TV cannot handle. On the remote, hold Menu and Volume down (Menu and Up for older ATV) for 5 seconds. ATV will then switch to a new format (resolution) every 20 seconds. That's only 3 times a minute, so be patient. When you see a prompt, use the remote to accept the result.
I suspect the "Invalid Format" message is coming from the TV, not from Apple TV.
