You can only access internet services when connected to the internet. Email will only be accessible when you are connected to the internet, as your computer needs to be able to communicate with servers outside of its network. If you mean that you can't access email using cellular data, try restarting, and go into settings to ensure your Mail app has access to cellular data usage.

Hi,

Is that email address the email address for your internet service provider?

Ex. Cox.net, timewarner.com, att.net, etc?

Some internet service providers only allow you to view your emails while on their network.

If it is a different email such as iCloud, gmail, yahoo, or etc then maybe you have mail turned off in cellular settings preventing you from access emails unless your on wi-fi. Check this by tapping on the settings app, then tap on cellular, then search for mail and make sure it is on (Green switch).

Hope that helps!

It should prompt you to re-enter a password at settings > mail > accounts > 'your account'. If you haven't already deleted successfully, this is a good next step. After deleting and recreating the account, if it still does not work, try deleting again and manually inputting your mail settings. Yes the green button is checked next to mail under data. I have tried to delete the account and add it back on. It was working fine yesterday. Then a message popped up saying I need to renter my password. When I went to my mail settings there were no options for me to renter my password. It has been acting up since then.
