I can't hear conversations on my Iphone 6 only with the speaker. 6

IPhone6S Cannot hear callers unless I use the speaker. Help!

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 10.3.3, Audio on phone, speaker option work

Follow the instructions here as appropriate, including contacting Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), making a Genius Bar reservation or visiting an Apple Authorised Service Provider if necessary:

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support
If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you hear low or muffled sound from your Apple EarPods - Apple Support

Me too! Would a reset solve this problem? Software is updated. Ideas?
