passcode restriction

forget my passcode restriction,how to solve it

Hi


If you have forgotten your Restrictions passcode, then you will need to erase your iPhone and then set it up as new in order to remove or change the Restrictions passcode.


If you have a backup of your iPhone that was made before Restrictions was turned on, you may then wish to restore it from that backup. (Restoring from a backup that was made when Restrictions was turned on would only restore the restrictions with the same passcode again).

If you have not yet done so, it may help to update your iPhone to the latest software, starting by making a backup:

In respect of the Restrictions passcode, the only solution is as outlined in my previous reply.

As the Camera issue persists, contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for your iPhone to be checked and, if required, serviced:
