I am trying to record my screen (lectures that have accompanied powerpoint slides). Under file, I can choose "New Movie Recording" and "New Audio Recording" but "New Screen Recording" is greyed out and unable to be selected. What do I need to do?
MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
I think I got it figured out- I actually had an active quick-time recording going in the background from when I first tried experimenting with it. Once I closed that out, "new screen recording" became available. Thanks for your reply
