I can't use the webpage of Saks Fifth avenue with the latest version of Safari for IOS or their app on my iPad Pro 10.5. When I tried to get help from Apple support pages they kept giving me advice for Safari for Mac OS. The Saks online chat help told me to switch to Google Chrome. I would prefer not to.

IOS Version10.3.3 (14G60) on my new iPad Pro 10.5 and my iPad Pro 9.7. Normal browsing.

Safari has my password for Saks saved and so does their app. When the home page opens on my screen it is supposed to say "Welcome Lyle" at the top. That told me that I was signed in. It used to do that. I have no idea why it doesn't now.

It works perfectly with my MacBook Air 11", so the problem is not with my account.
