Medical ID
Is there any way I can print out my medical ID information to present to my physician's?

Open the Health app, go to Medical ID and take a screen shot (press and release the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time). Then go to Photos, tap on the screen shot you have just done, tap on the box with the arrow in the lower left and choose Print (if you have an Airprint compatible printer) or tap Mail and email the photo to yourself so you can print it from your computer.

Using my computer, I duplicated the information in the Medical ID in Word and did a Print to pdf. I have the Adobe Acrobat cloud on my phone. I emailed the pdf to myself and, from the phone, transferred the pdf to the Adobe cloud.
From the Adobe cloud, I can email the document to any doctor that I visit. Several doctors were thrilled to receive it.
I did not delete the Medical ID because I have my settings configured so that emergency personnel can retrieve the document from a locked phone.
The slight negative is that, whenever I update the information, I have to update twice.
Please correct me if I'm wrong--
Since the only access to the medical ID is through the phone and not Apple's servers, there is no ID portal to 'protect' if you're using an identity protection service.

There's also no portal that can be hacked to get the information. And identity protection services don't protect identity; they (sometimes) tell you that your identity has already been stolen. But not always.
Partially true on method however I regard the service more as an insurance policy that will get us out of a potentially costly and stressful mess with the least amount of brain damage. The company's resolution ability is only as good as the company's track record in that regard. Of all the actors the only one I feel comfortable with is IF and that's the best (in addition to freezing the 3 bureaus) that I can do proactively.
Taking a screen shot does not capture all my information.
