Macbook pro 2017 getting hot after while

I just bought MBP 2017 for a week, and last Monday i got replacement because the MBP is getting very hot while charging.

After 4 days using the replacement, the main problem is still there, the laptop become hot and warm in some part (specially top - near the fan and near right part of keyboard).

The other thing is when i do inspect and debug chrome, it suddenly frozen after some times, and i need to hard-shutdown the laptop.

Attached is the temperature i got from iStatmenu.

Thank you for any help

Hi,

As seventy one has stated, those temps are nothing to worry about. Some MBPs run about those temps without any apps running.

If the temps go much higher than that, say somewhere over 60C or more, the fan/s should kick in to cool things down.

Regarding the aluminum case getting warm, it actually acts as part of the Mac's cooling system, as a large heat sink to help dissipate heat from the internal components.

As has been suggested, use Safari or even Firefox for your browser, as Chrome has plenty of issues being run on macOS.
