I set up Handoff fully, but if i get an iMessage or SMS on my Mac, it plays the notification sound twice. If my iPhone turned off, it is perfect, but when it is on, it's bad. I tried to restart both of my devices, but nothing.
How can i solve it?

Hi,
Try going to System Preferences > Notifications and turning all the options Off for the Messages app.
Restart the computer. Restart Messages and send an iMessage.
Then turn back On the Notifications.
