Thanks!
I don't believe this applies to this forum. My professsional suggestion to you would be to contact the store directly to verify of your acceptance or denial. Also this would reflect your interest in the job. managers get busy and do get sick so don't view an email as denial.
follow-up is key in any business environment and if it's a denial, it's a denial and a loss for apple not yourself.
Hi Jackie,
You've posted this message in a user-to-user community whos prime topic is Apple's long discontinued productivity application, AppleWorks.
Apple support Communities is a group of user-to-user communities, and is not directly monitored by Apple employees except with regard to terms of use compliance.
Your best route may be to try th Contact Apple link or one of the other links in the About Apple list at the bottom right of the Apple home page. Check the same list in Apple's Hong Kong site as well.
Regarding the letter, I would take it at face value—the manager is on sick leave, and oout of touch for now.
Regards,
Barry
We are all end-users like you, volunteering time to help other users. We can't know what Apple retail personnel feel, do, or anything else. Best action is to ask at the specific store where you applied.
" Cause he said he will send the invitation to me late in August, and I thanks to him on that day, and now he send me an out of office email said he is in sick suddenly, so is it a reject email for me?"
Hi Jackie,
It is what it is—a message to let you (or anyone else that has sent him email) that he is ill and is not at the office.
Stuff happens. People do get sick. People who are sick do take sick leave. When they're on sick leave they usually don't spend a lot of time at the office or doing the work they do at the office.
"…so I’m confused it is a reject letter or he is really in sick..."
Idris has already answered that question, and based her answer on personal experience.

I've gotten a rejection email from Apple. They get right to the point. They don't waste time claiming to be sick. They just tell you they're not interested.

There is no phone number to contact Apple office ,all is the retail store number only but I found the manager’s Facebook ,should I try to contact ? Haha ,thanks
The out of office letter is come suddenly, everything is fine between me and the manager, so I’m confused it is a reject letter or he is really in sick...
Thanks Barry ,
There is no way to contact apple office in Hong Kong , retail store and office is separate, and the email just show the office address , no contact number,
