Memory problem with 12.7.0.166

I'm having a repeatable problem with the new version of iTunes. When I try to rip a CD, it locks up and within 5 minutes, uses up all available memory on my system and then locks the machine up unless I force quit the program.

The first picture is right after it locked up. Notice there's 37% Physical Memory used. The second picture is 4 minutes later. iTunes is now using over 11GB of memory and pushed the Physical Memory used to 95%.

This was not a problem until I updated today...
