How do I send a complaint email to Apple?
I have never had an issue with a senior support person until tonight. Her attitude was horrible. I wish to complain via email. How is that done? Apple obviously doesn't want people sending emails. I don't want to call them again. In years of being a customer I have never had anyone act like she did. I posted to this community because there is nothing applicable and it was regarding my iPhone.
