Can I pin iWork Apps in iCloud to Windows 10 Taskbar

I am looking for an alternative to MS Office 365 and use both PCs and Macs for work. I would like to add the iWork Apps from my iCloud account to the Windows 10 task bar on my PC. I Does anyone know if I can add those apps to the task bar so when I click on the icon it will directly launch the iWork Apps after logging into my iCloud account.
