Multiple iTunes accounts on one iPhone
I have a personal and a work iphone, with seperate iTunes accounts. Is it possible to only have 1 iPhone with both iTunes accounts?
And have my music library on my work iPhone?

In effect, yes.
While you can have only 1 active iTunes account, using Family Sharing, you have access to the purchase of up to 5 other iTunes accounts.
Create a "family" and invite your other Apple ID to it.
