my mom turned off my data, and i hadn't gone over how can i turn it back on?

my family was fighting yesterday and my mom decides to control over my phone and turn off my data and wifi, my wifi is back on but not my data and i have been sliding the cellular data back and forth and it still doesn't say LTE how do i fix it

Ask your mom.

If she turned it off, she must need to turn it back on. We would have no way of knowing how she has restricted your phone. She may have called the carrier and had it disabled.
