How do I show hidden files
Having trouble finding how to show: /Users/username/Library/Application Support/ on my new Mac. There are log files for an app that I need to review there.
MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)

To get to the Library folder without making it permanently visible, you can press the option key while opening the Finder "Go" menu, and select Library from there. Or you could simply paste
~/Library/Application Support
into the Finder> Go > Go to Folder... dialog. (You need to include the tilde. The tilde means your home folder, i.e., the /Users/username part).
This latter method will take you to any folder (hidden or not) for which you have the path.
