MacBook Pro keyboard button

I just got my MacBook Pro a few weeks ago. It is a 2017 13"model with touchbar. I just found out that my keyboard's "B" button does not pop up like others. when I click the upper part of the button, it does not have that pop-up feeling. Although it still works but I'm wondering if it's normal and can it be fixed ? And if it's necessary to go to the Genius Bar ?

You are not alone. You can easily find that many Macbook Pro and Macbook (the notebooks with butterfly keyboard) users experienced the same problems on the internet.

For my Macbook purchased just 2 months ago, the command, k, a, and control keys have the same problem as yours. Just take it to Genius bar, they are happy to help you to repair the top case for you. It might take time for them to order the part, and at the meantime, the key might heal itself.... But other keys might go bad too...

Apple should give attention to this problem, as an unreliable keyboard is definitely unacceptable... especially on such new notebook.
