Can I download the full Greek keyboard?

There are many keyboard options in iOS. Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Greek.

This will allow a full greek keyboard as an option on your device. To access this keyboard tap the globe on the bottom left side of the keyboard and select greek.

If you would like the Greek Keyboard to be your default keyboard go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards. Tap Edit in the upper right and rearrange the order of your keyboards so that Greek is on the top.

No, it won't. Pastorkoon needs one with the breathings and other accents, and Apple does not provide that.

A hardware keyboard will work (doesn't have to be greek) if, after connecting, you go to Settings > General > Keyboards > Hardware Keyboard and for Greek select Greek Polytonic (instead or automatic or Greek).

Search the app store for "polytonic" to find some 3rd party keyboards that do what you want. Also probably the Keyman app.
