After install iTunes version 12.7 (Windows 10), I can't correctly reinstall and/or remove ringtones to/from iPhone 7 (iOS 10.3.3). How I can do it?

In the article I provided in my previous post you can read (about ringtones):
" iOS 11 supports redownloading ringtones directly to your iOS device, without the need to use iTunes on your Mac or PC".
The new iOS11 will be available in 2 days.

Yesterday I updated iTunes when the iphone was connected via usb and found out in the morning that my ringtones were missing. Yes, I read this publication and followed the instructions for restoring ringtones. However, not everything was transferred and there is no possibility to remove from the phone, for example, those that copied by mistake. I did not buy ringtones, but created it on my computer. Maybe, due to the fact that the phone is still iOS 10.3.3?
