MASTER FILE HAS FAILED (error -12769)

So I'm editing a video that I emailed the final cut file from one computer to another. I have downloaded all the clips to my computer and have tried to share it any way. I am currently trying to just save it to the computer and upload it online since it doesn't want to share to vimeo.

The video is 15 minutes long and I am recieving a message that says this:

The operation could not be completed because the chapter marker track could not be written (error -12769).

MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Try deleting preferences. Hold down command and option while starting and click Delete Preferences. Open your library and try sharing.

If it still fails there could be some corruption in the project. Try select all, copy, create a new project, paste. See if the new project exports correctly.
