How to downgrade iTunes 12.7 to 12.6 in macOS high sierra?

I need to download apps on my mac (cable download is much faster than wifi) but iTunes 12.7 doesn't support such features anymore.

I tried to remove iTunes from terminal using "sudo rm -rf Path_Of_iTunes" but returned no permission, is there any way to do that?

iTunes 12.6.3 is available from links in this article: Deploy apps in a business environment with iTunes - Apple Support. Mac users can install it directly over 12.7.x without uninstalling first. Windows users need to uninstall the main iTunes component. After installing 12.6.3 the iTunes Library.itl database needs to be restored from backup or using a process such as given in Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash.
