In both "library" and "store", "app" is missing. Not a particular, singular app, but access to them.
-the full list is Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, Audiobooks are all there but not APP.

I must have hit a hot key or something to remove it from the menu.

Did you accidentally untick the Apps box? Check in the dropdown > Edit Menu.
Thanks for replying. Turns out it's been removed by Apple and apps are now managed through the App Store.
