Itunes 12.7.0.166 radio stations not working

Post upgrade I am no longer able to play my previously saved radio stations or listen to new ones provided by Apple. These are not custom stations rather searched for and found on Apple Music. Any known issues out there?

INTERNET RADIO IS WORKING FOR ME.... And I an listening to Internet Radio right now !!

My pc and Windows were from 2006 & Windows Vista. I got a new pc and the latest Windows 10.

I lost my "Internet Radio" within ITunes. All of these past notices helped the ITunes employee help me get my Internet Radio back, thank you very much.

I will try my best to explain plus provide the photos I put in a photo collage to show you how.

Follow all my arrows to click here and there.

Open your ITunes:

Photo 1. Click on Music (located under "Song & View").

Photo 2. Click on "Library" (see it highlighted in Blue at the middle of photo screen.

Photo 3. Move your mouse UNTIL you see the word "Edit" appear which is to the right of "Library". CLICK EDIT.

Photo 4. Look at Left side of photo screen, under Library, and click the empty square of "INTERNET RADIO".

Photo 5. Move mouse to where Done is and click at Done. Done is located to the left of the Word "Library".

Photo 6. Move mouse back to Library and look for the symbol and the word Interest Radio. Click Internet.

Photo 7. Look to the right side of the page and select which Internet Radio you want to listen to.

Photo 8. My personal choice was WGNC, News, TalkUser uploaded fileUser uploaded file

I apologize for the advertisement on the bottom of the first photo.

Good luck and tell me if it worked out.

Reinstalled from manual download pkg and still not working. I now have the option on the left nav for Internet Radio. While those are working, the radio pages from Apple still do not play or when I create a radio station from a favorite band. Thanks for the time on this one.

Internet Radio are your radio streams; Radio is Apple Music streams. You now enabled Internet Radio, but you’re clicking on Apple Music Radio. That’s why you’re not seeing what you expect.

In the first screenshot you just posted, click on Done. Now click on Internet Radio under Library to see your stations in the main window.

As per the label of this thread, Radio Stations are not working. I am going through steps as recommended by users, and yes, all Apple Radio stations are still not working. I do not use iTunes to listen to internet radio stations.

Hi Tehkayd, you are not going mad, I too have the same issue. I cannot listen to any Radio such as Beats. Probably like you, when i click on the station (ie Beats 1) the top menu bar briefly flashes Beats 1 and hen goes blank with the apple logo. I have a MBA and iMAC and it is the same for both. Interestingly though, Radio works fine on my iPhone. Cant believe more people have not experienced this.
