How do I print my pictures in I cloud

My I phone recently down loaded all my photos that were in the I cloud onto my phone. Now my phone has too many pictures and is glitchy.i want to print my pictures that are in iCloud but I can't seem to access them at Walmart their in folders in the cloud. How do I release them so I can print and clear them off my phone so it runs again. I get messages that my phone is full now.

The kiosk at Walmart will only be able to access photos that you can see on your iPhone. The pictures that have the clock or exclamation mark next to them on your iPhone are not fully downloaded on the phone so they can not be accessed by the kiosk because they are not really there. You would have to print the photos that you can access and then delete those from the iPhone to free up more space, once you delete those 133 the rest of the photos will start to download and then you can print and delete those and repeat until you have printed out and deleted enough photos that your iPhone is no longer full. This is why iCloud Photo Library is not a back up service, you have to have enough room on your iPhone to keep the photos in their compressed version as iCloud Photo Library always mirrors what is on the phone. If you have a lot of photos that you want to keep, but you want to free up storage space on your iPhone you will want to import those photos to a computer (if you have a mac save the photos in a folder other than iCloud photo Library) and then you can delete the photos from the phone and free up space while keeping the photos somewhere else for future access.
