So I got a used Macbook OS X but I cant get into the computer, I dont know Name and Password HELP, Thank You !!!

I got a Macbook OS X , I cant get in to it I dont know theName or Password. I did try the Command W/the S button but first I dont understand it plus no poker thing would come up Please HELP ME ! Thank You: Lori ****.

Hello lorihafner,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are not able to log into your computer because it has an old owners user profile. It looks like you have already tried to use single user mode but were unsuccessful. Due to the nature of your issue, you may find more information by using another one of Apple's support resources
