forgot appel secrut question

I can't change my securete questions ... I forgot answer . I wrote password on paper but forgot to write the answer too .. Appel store can't download apk and because disabled Appel id . And app I'd ask answer securet answers and I forgot it .. I tried to test the Appel ask to answer the question that o forgot it !!! If I remember it why trying to rest it ,?? Must be smart solution for users .. want rest my questions answers
