Delete viewed Season Pass from TV app
Under iOS 10, how do I delete a TV Season Pass that I've viewed? I only want active season passes showing up so as to avoid clutter.

So I figured out how to accomplish using iTunes. I just need to "Hide From Library" and sync. However, I was hoping that I could do this directly on my iPad and not have to use iTunes. I'm wondering if this changes in iOS 11?
Try to go into your settings
General
storage and iCloud storage
choose the local storage
Manage storage
wait for it to populate then tap on TV
Wait for it to come up then tap edit in the upper corner and choose what to delete
Thanks - but my apologies. I don't have Apple TV - I do all my viewing on my iPad. The Apple TV instructions don't apply.
Apologies for not clarifying in my original post.
Thanks Skydiver119. I just tried that and as it turns out, that technique only deletes the shows that you've downloaded to your device. In my case, I stream all of my shows. So I have "placeholders" (sort of like album art) in my Library for each show. What I'm trying to accomplish is to delete those placeholders for the shows I no longer follow. Otherwise, I end up with 10+ placeholders but only a couple currently have episodes I've not watched yet.
Note that unless you have TV shows/movies downloaded to your device, the TV app doesn't even show up under manage storage. So to test this, I ended up downloading a couple of shows first.
This article explains the steps.
