I need to cancel my Icloud 50 GB Storage Plan

I've attempted twice now to "cancel" my iCloud 50 GB Storage Plan: Order ID ***** / Doc# ******* / .99 a mos.

I already have storage through my husband and I signed up for this in error - I want Apple to stop charging my account .99 a mos.

How do I make this happen? What I've been doing has NOT worked; I'd greatly appreciate your assistance; thank you.
