MBP 2016 Plantronics Voyager Focus UC issue

I have a MBP 2016 running Sierra 10.12.6. Just installed Windows 10 via bootcamp installer fresh. Allowed Windows to fully update itself then I paired the headset. Problem is that the headset shows up as headphones only named "PLT Focus Stereo". On my 2014 MBP with the exact same setup it shows up as two sound devices. "PLT Focus Stereo" and "PLT Focus Headset". That way you can utilize it for softphones, skype etc.

Contacted Apple today via chat, no help really, said it was a Windows problem. Also contacted Plantronics and they said it was a windows issue, since they said they rely on the Windows drivers and not Plantronics drivers.

Looks to be an issue with the combination of Windows/ Apple bluetooth drivers not recognizing the two devices.

Any help would be appreciated if some one has a suggestion.
