My iPad model A 1674 running iOS 10.3.3 will not up date to iso 11; says it is up to date?

Try doing it through ITunes. Mine was the same way. Was showing it was up to date. Make sure you are using the most current iTunes version. As soon as it recognizes the iPad, it will ask you do you want to update to iOS 11.

did you try to update over the air or connected to itunes?

Sorry Brian. It's a 2016 ipad pro, and it's on the supported list. Doesn't answer the question as to why it won't upgrade though.

Your ipads cpu is only 32 bit the ios 11 needs a 64 bit cpu.

Upgrade when you can.
