Lock screen is in the wrong timezone

I travel a lot and just noticed on this trip that when my iPhone automatically adjusts the time zone on my phone, the clock at the top of the screen is correct, but the clock on the lock screen is showing in my home timezone. I have tried to manually set the time zone to where I am, but that made no difference. How do I set my clock and make the lock screen display the time in my current timezone?
