WiFi in iOS 11 keeps turning on
Just wanted to inform you that WiFi in new iOS 11 keeps turning on
iPhone 6s, iOS 11
Of course he never read the thread before posting. Puhleeze. Why do that?

If you're tapping the buttons in control center, it's a change whereby tapping the icons drops the current connection but does not shut WiFi (or Bluetooth) off; to do that you have to use the slide toggles in Settings.
This is quite handy as you can disconnect from a current troublesome WiFi network without having to remember to reenable it later.

If the batt needs to be charged after half a day, instead of 2 days, so I know something is consuming battery
It's not your Wifi or Bluetooth radios. Something else is likely the culprit.
And there is a valid reason to turn wifi off, if an iritating window keeps popping up, giving info’s of several wifi”s in the neigborhood, That i cant use anyway for not having the password for it
