External Microphone not work in iOS11

The answer to this problem is likely that your Apogee MIC came with firmware version 3.0.2. I just had the same problem with a new MIC and contacted Apogee support via chat. They sent me a zip file with a firmware update v. 3.0.3 that I installed on the MIC using my iMac. Your Mac has to be running OS 10 or higher to run the updater.

I bought my iPad Pro and my Apogee mic for my class before I heard there were issues with iOS 11 soooo that puts a damper on things. Has anyone figured out any work-arounds since Apple doesn't seem to be rushing to address it?

Same thing with my Apogee. This is BS I just spent $200 on this thing apple. C'mon
