icloud mail drafts not syncing between computer and phone

Created a draft in iCloud mail on my Mac. Went looking for it in Mail app on my phone later to finish it . Not there. Did the reverse and, same deal, the draft created on the phone does not show up in the Drafts folder in iCloud mail on the Mac. My Inbox seems to sync properly. Up to date OS on both but noticed issue before running iOS 11 update yesterday. Suggestions?
