iTunes 4K HDR and DV Movies

I have an OLED 4K HDR TV. It just supports only HDR10 and not Dolby Vision. I am buying the new Apple TV 4K. I see in iTunes store, some movies support HDR and some movies Support Dolby Vision. If I buy a Dolby Vision content from iTunes Store, will automatically switch to HDR10 format? Or the content wouldn't be supported on my TV?

I'm also confused. So are HDR and Dolby Vision interchangeable? If a movie says 4K "Dolby Vision" does that mean that it is also HDR on non Dolby Vision TV sets? Or does it mean it will only be 4K, but not HDR? I don't want to turn on HDR in the Format settings if the movie isn't actually in HDR.

In addition, it also has an "AD" indicator. I'm not sure what that indicates in the iTunes store.
