i cannot update to ios 11 from ios 10.3.3. Ive tried restarting my phone and it still does not work.

Have you tried connecting your iPhone to iTunes on your computer? If not, you can do that and try to install the update via iTunes.

What model of iPad do you have? Is it one of these? If not then it doesn't support iOS 11.
lol for ur own sake dont do that..oh and maybe ur phone jailbroken?
We are also facing the same problem, Not able to upgrade to iOS 11 after updating our iPad to iOS 10.3.3 so frustrating ..can anyone help
