Firewall settings

Every-time I open iTunes it asks if I want to Allow or Deny incoming network connections and says I can change the Firewall settings.

Changing the setting in Security and Privacy doesn't prevent the question being asked every-time. Is this normal? If so what is the purpose?

Also there is a reference to Droplet and emlog.pl in Privacy should these be allowed?
