how can I sync Google Chrome bookmarks etc from my macbook to my iphone

I have a Macbook Pro late 2013, Running OSX YOSEMITE, 10.10.5. I use Google chrome as my preferred browser and want to sync my favourite sites etc across to my Iphone 7 Plus, Google chrome browser (iOS11). Try as i might, i can't get it to happen. I'm not a wizz on technology but am not a complete novice either. Any help would be brilliant! Thanks!
