Most app management features have been removed from iTunes 12.7. See Changes in the new iTunes - Apple Support for details. The intention is clearly that app updates and purchases are now managed on the device.
For what remains see the Manually add items from your computer section of Manually manage content on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iTunes - Apple Support. This can be used to copy apps, books, and tones from your computer to your device. The File Sharing feature for copying data between apps and the computer is still there.

Ahh...Ok..Thanks for that reply tt2. I was hoping it was just some setting or update I hadn't come across. It was so handy and easier reorganising my iPhone apps on my Mac..That lovely unison you just expect from everything Apple. Small thing I know, but it's a pity that feature is gone...I wonder why... It's so fiddly trying to do it on the iPhone.
Anyways, thanks again for your reply.

How can I now move a complete screen around? Do I have to now move all apps away from that screen (to a new screen all the way on the end, moving all apps from first page to new last page, 10 Pages!!!) and then move everything from the other screen ( seventh) to the first screen. And now I want the apps that where on the first screen, that I moved all the way to the end, to be on the second screen!!!
Who had that ideas?
I can easily just move screens around on a Samsung or any other google os phone. What is the issue to disable this?
WHY?
yes, but it is still cumbersome, as I have many folders on one page and the overview is bad. So really reoganazing everything is a pure pain. I want to do this since I have my new X and just did not do it now for three weeks, as it jusrt ***** to make a good plan on how to organize apps. IMHO: Just bland stupid idea to remove that function.
Same with the removal of being able to access you music over genres > artists > Artists Records.
A pain to find anything I want to listen too... actually quit listening music for a while because of that. Canceled my itunes subscriptions and now listen to amazon Music and upload everything there.
Now I have to see if someone will make an app to rearrange your APPs in this lovely way it existed before!
You can move apps into folders, move the folders around, and then unpack them. Not quite as easy as reordering pages in iTunes but faster than working with individual apps.

You can revert to iTunes 12.6.3
(https://www.macworld.com/article/3230135/software-entertainment/how-to-install-i tunes-1263-and-replace-itunes-127.html), though that will only be a temporary solution
because as stated in the download page it is a version
that Apple will no longer support, i.e. the next macOS
version or the next iOS version could render it useless
or make it buggy.
Welcome to the new world!
You're welcome. 🙂
