what does no bag entry mean when resting a macbook

I was trying to rest my MacBook (I had just bought recently) in order to renter my information and start over. After resting it and clearing the drive I was prompted to reinstall OS Sierra. When trying to install it a notice saying"no bag entry" popped up and won't allow me to continue any further. How do I proceed from this screen to continue setting up my MacBook?

Really it could be as easy as you’re not connected to the internet. Once WiFi is turned on, open the network utility and click on apple support which will allow you to pull up a web browser. Then it’ll prompt you for your WiFi password in order to connect to the internet. Once connected, back out and go back to Mac OS reinstall. It shouldn’t show the no bag error any more. Worked for me, hope this helps.
