The sound effect to notify you when the airpod is low on battery is SO LOUD; it gives me a heart attack while simultaneously blowing out my ear drums.
Just kidding, it's not that bad, but it does scare me when I'm listening to music and the sound effect volume is 3x louder than the current volume of my music.
Does anyone know if this can be adjusted?

Ironic that they warn you about listening to loud music and yet, the low battery warning is "hard" and loud. I'd say it's almost twice as loud as what I'm listening to. The "pop" of the sound actually hurts my ears.
I wouldn't be surprised if it did damage my hearing in some way long term.
Apple, if you read this, you should fix this immediately to avoid law suits...

They are my "snore relief" (my partner snores and I have trouble tuning that out) and the Airpods allow me to stay in our bed without running for the guest room. So, after their 4 hours of a charge, using a white noise app, the alert wakes me from a dead sleep. I'd rather they just "blip" softly or die off. At least I could remain asleep.
