Turn off keyboard appearing in siri ios 11

Whenever I start Siri a keyboard automatically appears.

It says type to Siri. The basic purpose of assistance is lost. This has started after I updated to ios 11

Settings > General > Accessibility > Siri > turn Type to Siri OFF.
