Forwarding a email without opening using filters??

I find myself in a unusual situation which is to long winded to go into so to keep it as brief as possible here goes.

I need to have Outlook 2003(MS) forward to me e-mails that are flagged up by filters in Outlook 2003, from my clients to me in another location using Mail using another pop3 address in a temporary satellite office.
By the same token at some point in the near future I will need to do this in reverse. So to automatically have the the e-mail forwarded with no intervention from me apart from initial set up and cessation where do I start.

The key thing is the automatic recognition and forwarding.
