How can I unlock iphone 6 plus for metro pcs

Only the carrier to which it is locked can unlock it.

contact that carrier and ask if they offer that service and if you qualify

Call AppleCare, give them your model and serial number and tell them you just want to know who it is locked with.

I was told the carrier was tmobile but they have no record of the phone. Unable to reach old owner.
