how to delete analytics data from iPad

Does anyone know how to permanently delete analytics data from iPad without resetting iPad to factory settings?

Same goes for iPhone, if anyone knows how to permanently delete analytics data from iPone without resetting iPhone to factory settings?

I noted some say by syncing with iTune. I did that and it did not work.

iPad Pro, iOS 10.2, TV apps

While one or two of these don’t take a lot of space when you start racking up hundreds of them it adds up. In 5 days I have probably close to 500 files they each have more than 1k of data so that’s a minimum of 500k in 5 days that’s chews up space quick. Right now system is using 6.6GB of storage not all analytics but things add up especially with 16gb phones

There is no reason why if sharing has been turned off and I’ve acknowledged that as a result some trouble shooting information will not be available there is no reason to retain it

Think of it this way, on whatever Computer OS you use if the vendor said, we know better than you and you have to keep all these os and application log files around even if you don’t want them and won’t send them to us and may contain data you don’t want them to.

Oh you don’t want them well reformat your disk and reinstall all your applications, not exactly user friendly

I shouldn’t have to reformat my phone to get rid of logs I don’t need or want.

Am not really after resetting. I am more after saving the space that is eaten by the diagnostics. It is irritating to have that space used by diagnostics. I know Apple needs it but if the user turned off forwarding diagnostics to Apple then it should be logical that the user has the option to free up that space. The space may not be much but it still is space.
