For You and Browse not loading

For You and Browse not loading

For some reason the For You and Browse sections on iTunes don't work for me anymore, despite Apple Music and iCloud Music Library working fine.

Browse loads forever, and For You's bottom section is completely empty. The top part has a few mixes, but if I click on any of them, they too load forever like Browse does.

What I've tried:

- Reset Cache

- Sign out and Sign back in after clearing cache and restarting

- Uninstall Itunes, Bonjour, and all related apple programs using Revo Uninstaller Pro thereby removing all traces and installing iTunes (latest) downloaded from the website.

The last solution worked temporarily; the browse section loaded with my account signed in, the albums loaded and everything, but For You's bottom section was still empty. After the next boot or so of iTunes, I'm back where the screenshots I've posted above are showing...

Any smart help appreciated. 🙂

I just fixed it! It was all a petty zoom issue lmao, I had zoomed in on iTunes (Ctrl+Scroll In or touchpad pinch) to make it look bigger, and that seemed to mess the For You and Browser. Glad I made the mistake of zooming out today with the touchpad and to then try it out which was my idea hehe...

Hmm, have you tried clearing all your various browser caches too, in case iTunes somehow draws on those?

Have you tried open in iTunes in its safe mode by holding down ctrl+shift as you click the icon to launch it?

Did you test in a new user profile yet?

What AV package do you have, if any?

When reinstalling iTunes are you right-clicking the installer and using Run as administrator?

Does it help to locate the iTunes shortcut, right-click that and use Run as administrator?

Is there any difference in a new iTunes library or user account?

I tried that but no luck sadly. What I just found out though, that the Browse section does work when I first open iTunes. When I go to recently added, and then back to browse, it doesn't work.
